The Post Residence Project
the Thrive @ Home Project

CIHW’s first Living Lab is embedded within the Post Residence — a 190-unit mixed-population affordable housing community designed to support seniors aging in place, single-parent families, women exiting violence, and adults with developmental disabilities.
The project explores how housing, childcare, health services, social supports, and community programming can work together within one integrated environment while generating long-term research on housing stability, well-being, inclusion, and broader system impacts.
